Colleen Casey, LMP :: ZUM Massage Manager
Colleen has been practicing massage therapy and bodywork since 2001. She started a massage business after completing studies at Brenneke School of Massage, then spent the next year helping grow a new massage clinic in the Greenlake neighborhood. Here she worked with cyclists, runners, and triathletes while training for and completing her first triathlon. In 2003 Colleen continued her education in Sports Massage through Brenneke where she worked with various University of Washington athletes.

Jeff Greiner, LMP and Soma Structural Integrator ::
As a Soma Practitioner, Jeff’s work is geared toward those looking for improved posture, athletic performance, and optimal comfort in their body. Similar to Rolfing, Soma bodywork addresses chronic pain by repositioning the structures in body and realigning it into a more efficient machine. With regular Soma sessions clients will have a heightened body awareness and improved control over core movements. Jeff feels that Soma has revitalized his life and his passion is sharing that with clients. |

Jillian Meza , LMP :: Jillian has enjoyed practicing massage since 2004. She studied dance for 12 years which taught her the importance of taking care of her body, including receiving regular massage. A graduate of Brenneke School of Massage, Jillian’s massage consists of a combination of deep tissue, Swedish massage and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi. She also provides hot stone massage and is certified in Reiki (Level 1). A Reiki session can be added at the end of your massage session to help eliminate blocked energy. |

Judy Phleger, LMP ::
Judy has been a licensed massage therapist since 1995. She incorporates Trigger Point, Tuina (Chinese Sports Massage), Shiatsu and deep tissue work into her massage sessions based on the individual needs of each client. In addition Judy practices deep tissue hot stone massage. Prior to coming to ZUM, Judy was a massage therapist for two professional cycling teams where she worked with many world-class athletes. During her time off Judy enjoys hiking, cycling, mountain biking, kayaking, skate skiing and cooking. |

A 2003 graduate of the Brian Uting School of Massage, Seth’s massage combines a purposeful blend of Deep Tissue, Swedish and Thai Massage with a goal of helping you heal from stress, overuse, training or trauma. Seth also provides Thai Yoga Massage sessions, a unique style of massage which combines stretching and gentle rocking pressure to release tightness, increase flexibility and body awareness, and awaken your energy level.
