New Class: Ballet Barre
Join Ross Fridays noon - 1:00pm in a traditional ballet barre class. You will learn coordination, posture, poise and balance while developing strength and flexibility through a wide range of motion, all levels welcome.
New Class: Zumba
Come get your dance on with Zumba! Set to upbeat Latin music, you'll learn easy-to-follow dance steps that will leave your body and mind feeling invigorated. Zumba meets Mondays from 6:30 - 7:30 pm with Amy.
