From the moment I walked into ZUM, I have been treated like an athlete,
not just an occasional exerciser interested in losing weight. In 2004 I participated in ZUM's
Get Lean program. This is a program that focuses on not only exercise, but nutrition as well.
After working with Noal in the Get Lean workouts, I had the confidence to start participating in
the ZUM Hardcore classes. These are tough workouts, but the trainers encourage me to go at my own
pace and I have greatly increased my balance, stamina and posture.

every member's progress, not just their own clients, and they all contribute to a fantastic,

of knowledge, inspiration, caring and creativity. He makes me work hard, but it is always fun,

I love massage! If I were rich I would get one every week - heck, every day! For my sports injuries (I am an aging athlete) I would, and have, chosen Colleen Casey. Great hands, great manner, but most of all, a good knowledge of athletic injuries and bodywork treatments to help them. She helped me with tendinitis in my knee and plantar fasciaitis in my foot.
